Before requesting help

Try preserve mode first, use a current browser, and check that your file is below 50 MB and is not password-protected. For image mode, make sure the document has no more than 100 pages.

Reporting a problem

A useful report includes the browser version, selected mode, approximate file size, page count, and the error message. Never include confidential document contents.

Support is provided by email. We do not need your document to understand most technical problems.
